About Dr. Reena Garg

I became a dentist because I’ve always seen dentistry as an art. I have an artistic mind, and working in this field allows me to blend science and creativity while helping people. Healing patients and seeing their smiles restored brings me immense satisfaction. There’s no better feeling than knowing I’ve made a positive impact on someone’s health and confidence.

What I love most about being a dentist is building trusting relationships with my patients. I believe in honest, open communication and providing the highest level of care. Whether it’s a simple restoration, an extraction, or a cosmetic treatment like teeth whitening, I focus on delivering solutions that meet each patient’s unique needs and goals.

With many patients experiencing dental anxiety or delaying treatment, I always encourage early intervention and regular check-ups. Preventative care is the foundation of long-term oral health, and even small habits can make a big difference in maintaining a healthy smile.

How I stay healthy and happy
Yoga and daily walks keep me physically fit and balanced. Meditation and listening to music are my favourite ways to relax and stay mentally refreshed. Spending time with my family and going on holidays also helps me maintain a healthy work-life balance.

How I maintain healthy teeth and gums
I brush twice a day without fail, floss every evening, and visit my dentist every six months for regular check-ups. These simple routines have kept my oral health in great condition.

Essential tip to keep your teeth healthy
Clean between your teeth daily using floss or interdental brushes to remove plaque and food particles. Regular check-ups are key to preventing issues before they become serious.
